How hot is your yoga studio?

Despite the name, Love Life Hot Yoga is a warm studio, not an extreme hot yoga room.

Our room is kept at a comfortable 27°C (80°F). This gentle warmth helps muscles relax and move safely without feeling overwhelming.

We also have warm cork floors, which feel especially cozy during floor poses and relaxation.


I'm brand new to yoga. Can I still come?

Absolutely.

Most of our students started exactly where you are. Our classes are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible for all levels.

You don’t need experience, flexibility, or fancy gear — just curiosity and a willingness to try something new.


Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Not at all.

Yoga is how people become more flexible, not something you need beforehand. Every pose can be modified to suit your body.


What should I bring to class?

For your first class, we recommend bringing:

• A yoga mat
• Water
• Comfortable clothing you can move in

If you forget something, we usually have mats and props available at the studio.


How early should I arrive?

Please arrive about 5-10 minutes before class.

This gives you time to check in, settle into the room, and start your practice feeling relaxed rather than rushed.


Do I need to book ahead?

Booking ahead is recommended because some classes can fill up.

You can easily reserve your spot through our online booking system.


What happens if I arrive late?

For the comfort of everyone in the room, late arrivals may not be admitted once class has begun.

Arriving a few minutes early helps keep the experience calm and uninterrupted.


What should I wear to yoga?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in.

Most students wear leggings, shorts, or athletic tops.


How long are your classes?

Most classes at Love Life Hot Yoga are 60 minutes, though some specialty classes may be longer.


Will I sweat?

You may sweat a little because the room is warm. The warmth helps your body move more comfortably and safely.

Many students say they leave class feeling both energized and relaxed.


What types of yoga classes do you offer?

We offer a variety of classes including:
